Graduations and Season Finales!

Three weeks ago, my brother and I drove over to Palm Desert to hang out with our parents.  It was nice to sit around and go shopping.  I got some new blue wedges that I love!  Our parents went home a few days afterwards, I'll see them again in about a week.  They come down every month, it's kinda like they're always here!

Two weeks ago, my brother and I went down to San Diego to our cousin's graduation.  It was awesome to see our Aunt, Uncle, and two cousins, I hadn't seen then in a while.  We met them at BJs and followed them to a parking lot so we could all carpool over to the graduation.  It was a beautiful Greek amphitheater with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean behind it, wow!  We yelled and screamed when our cousin's name was called, it was so exciting.  We ended up driving home the next day, Sunday, so my brother and I could get some homework done.

Last weekend was the first weekend in a while that I had free. It was Mother's Day on Sunday, so I mailed up a card earlier that week.  My brother and I set up a Google+ hangout with our family in WA so we could all see each other.  It was nice to see my sister and her two girls, even though she had a baby doll that kept creeping on the screen, haha.  I'm so excited to see her in July, pretty soon I'll be counting down!

The summer trimester began a month ago and gosh there is a lot of reading!  I have 3-4 chapters in my theology class, but I've found that I really enjoy reading it all and I get it all done.  My other class, Financial Management, has one chapter, section, or article to read.  Each week I have to put together a power point presentation and be ready to present just in case it is my turn!  Even if I don't go, my slides are graded as my homework, so they have to be done even if I have already presented (which I haven't).  We find out who is presenting when we get to class.  The first two assignments were hard, but I have felt confident about the other two that we've had.

This past week has been the week of season finales.  That means that all (three) of my shows will be over, how sad.  I did realize that I have White Collar starting in July, so that'll hold me over for a while, yah!  I need to catch up on it, though.

I watched Once Upon a Time with my good friend on Sunday while eating candy apples with a touch of "poison" red hot tamale.  It was an awesome ending, though I didn't think the writers would get to that point so quickly, what do they have for next season?

I saw NCIS on Thursday, because I watch online a few days after it airs on Tuesday.  I couldn't believe the ending, it was intense!  How am I suppose to wait all summer for the next season with that cliffhanger!?!?!?!  What happens next?!

Last week was the season finale of Fringe, but I watch it 8 days afterwards because that's when it is available unless you have Dish or something.  I think that it's stupid, but whatever, I love that show.  So, I'll watch it this weekend.  I think White Collar is like that too...
